Do you sell to the public?
NeuronsVR is only available to aged care facilities, hospitals, and home care providers. We work directly with care organisations.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. Your kit arrives pre-configured and ready to use and be implemented into care immediately, with in-person on-site operational and dementia care plan staff training.
How does purchasing work?
The equipment and staff training are available as an upfront purchase. The therapy content library runs on a monthly subscription, which gives your team access to the full experience library and regular content updates.
What if our facility has poor internet?
It doesn't matter. NeuronsVR runs entirely offline. No Wi-Fi is needed to run therapy sessions, so connectivity issues won't affect your team's ability to use it.
Is staff training included or does it cost extra?
On-site, in-person staff training is included with every package. We consider it essential to getting results, so there's no additional charge.
Can NeuronsVR be used as part of a Behaviour Support Plan?
Yes, NeuronsVR can be incorporated into a Behaviour Support Plan after thorough planning and assessment by your clinical team. It supports a range of non-pharmacological approaches to managing BPSD, including de-escalation, anxiety management, and pain management.
Can the headset be worn with glasses or hearing aids?
Headsets are designed to comfortably fit users with glasses and provide a clear, high-quality visual picture for those living with eyesight degeneration. They are also designed to work with most hearing aids, with speakers positioned at a perfect angle so hearing aid microphones capture clear and precise audio quality.
